Visit scheduling
Coordinate clients, workers, service types, risk levels, times and operational notes.
RoundRunRun Visit Assurance helps small home-care and aged-care providers schedule visits, support workers, detect missed or late attendance, coordinate replacement care and preserve an accountable operational record.
Access is invitation-only. Demonstrations must use fictional data.
Worker has not checked in after the approved grace period.
Visit Assurance brings the most important visit-assurance workflows together while keeping decisions, escalation and accountability with authorised provider staff.
Coordinate clients, workers, service types, risk levels, times and operational notes.
Give workers a focused view of assigned visits and record shared visit status across devices.
Automatically identify visits that pass their approved check-in grace period.
Surface alerts for acknowledgement, replacement assignment and follow-up by coordinators.
Create structured records for human review without claiming to determine legal reportability.
Track important application actions separately from the provider’s wider AWS audit controls.
A coordinator assigns a fictional or authorised client visit to a worker with clear timing and risk information.
The worker signs in with MFA, reviews assigned work and records check-in and check-out.
If the visit remains unattended beyond its grace period, Visit Assurance creates an operational alert.
Authorised staff acknowledge the issue, coordinate replacement care and preserve the action history.
Visit Assurance uses invitation-only accounts, Amazon Cognito authentication and software-token MFA. Each authorised role sees a workspace suited to its responsibilities.
Provider administration, staff invitation, clients, scheduling, incidents, alerts and audit access.
Day-to-day scheduling, care coordination and operational response.
A focused mobile-friendly view of assigned visits and visit actions.
Read-oriented oversight of operational records and the application audit trail.
Visit Assurance is a technical reference implementation, not a substitute for provider policies, trained judgement, emergency procedures, legal advice, privacy governance or clinical systems.
The illustrated camera, smart-lock, climate-control and fall-alert system is not currently implemented or offered as a commercial service. It is shown only as a possible future RoundRunRun research direction, separate from the Visit Assurance product.
Current priority: building and demonstrating reliable visit assurance for care-provider operations.
